2. Our Platform constitutes neither a recommendation nor an endorsement of any Service Provider or its services, equipment, facilities, etc.
3. We are not a party to the contract between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.
4. To make a reservation, you may need to create an Account. Please ensure that all your information (payment and contact details) is correct and up to date. You are responsible for all actions carried out on your Account; do not let anyone else use it and keep your username and password secret.
5. We'll show you the available offers in the language we think is right for you. You can change it at any time.

We strive to continually improve our customers' experience. To this end, we may test different layouts, formulations or functionalities. You may therefore not find certain services or conditions during a given visit.
1. When you make a reservation, you agree to pay the Lodging rate, including applicable fees and taxes. 2. Some of the rates displayed may have been rounded to the nearest unit for display purposes. The rate you pay is based on the original "unrounded" rate. 3. Obvious errors and misprints are not binding. For example: if a deluxe suite is mistakenly offered for €1, your reservation may be cancelled and we will refund you in full. We will correct obvious pricing errors as soon as we become aware of them. 4. A crossed-out rate indicates the rate for an identical booking without the discount applied (same dates, same conditions, same type of Accommodation, etc.).
1. For some Accommodations, the Service Provider will require an initial payment and/or payment at the time of your stay.
- **If we manage your payment**, OPIDUN (or its affiliate) is responsible for managing it and completing the transaction with the Service Provider.

2. If the Service Provider requires an initial payment, this may be **non-refundable**. Please therefore check the Service Provider's payment terms (displayed during the booking process) before confirming your booking. This does not affect your rights in the event of a problem with your stay - see section **A16**.
3. If your payment method is denominated in a currency other than the currency of payment, your bank or payment method provider may charge you additional fees. We will inform you of this during the booking process where possible.

2. If you cancel a booking or no-show, the cancellation / no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider's cancellation / no-show conditions.
3. Some bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge, while others can only be cancelled before a deadline.
4. If you book by paying in advance (including any security deposit), the Service Provider may cancel the booking without notice if it is unable to collect the balance by the due date.
