You pay your yacht charter online on stayinto.com, by card, in the Stayinto checkout. Stayinto collects the charter price, prepaid extras (skipper, cleaning, sometimes a tax) and the Stayinto service fee. The partner — agency, owner or base — does not have your card and must not ask you for a transfer for those items.
The payment path
- Sign in: an account is required to pay.
- Check the summary: dates, base, inclusions, extras, service fee on its own line.
- Enter your card. Your bank may ask for 3D Secure authentication.
- The confirmation appears in My bookings, with any later instalments.
If the offer is on request (often a MYBA contract), you are not charged for the charter until it is accepted and payment is started — not when you simply send the request.
What you do not pay on Stayinto
- the security deposit or card hold: often handled at the base by the partner, separate from the Stayinto charter — see how the deposit works;
- the APA (advance provisioning allowance): handed to the captain at boarding on many crewed charters;
- fuel when it is not included: usually settled at the base on return.
An IBAN, a gift card, an “MYBA agency” link or a WhatsApp payment is not the Stayinto checkout. Pay only from your booking on stayinto.com. If someone pushes you, read the fraud signals.
After the charge
Each Stayinto charge appears on your statement under Stayinto (or its payment provider), not under the marina’s name. Keep the confirmation. If an amount leaves without a confirmed booking, follow this process rather than writing to the base for a “card refund”.
