I have worked as a hostess on skippered catamarans for one full season, providing high-quality service on multi-day tours lasting 4–5 days. My background also includes over three years of experience in customer support and tourism, including roles in booking and a support role in a multinational direct-to-consumer food service. In addition, I have completed four years of education in psychotherapy, which has strengthened my interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in diverse team and guest settings. I’ve developed strong interpersonal and communication skills through years of working directly with people in a variety of roles—from tourism and hospitality to customer support and therapy training.
