Marko grew up in Croatia, along the Adriatic coast, and has always maintained a profound passion for the sea and sailing. He earned his Yachtmaster certification early and has been in the industry ever since, accumulating over 10 years of professional experience working on luxury vessels. Marko is highly valued for his calm demeanor under pressure, exceptional navigational skills, and keen attention to detail. His extensive experience encompasses managing private luxury catamarans, bareboat charters across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and even complex Atlantic crossings.

Ana grew up in the northeastern region of Croatia, Slavonia, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Although her academic path led her toward the business world, her true passion was always the sea. In 2022, she decided to follow that calling and began her career as a yacht stewardess. Over the past four seasons, Ana has gained valuable experience working with both private owners and charter guests aboard sailing yachts, catamarans, and motor yachts. She is known for her warm smile, positive energy, and calm, professional presence on board. Ana naturally creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay. For her, the greatest reward is seeing guests unwind, connect, and truly enjoy their time at sea.
