Born in 1990, Florian's culinary journey began at a young age, inspired by time spent in the kitchen with his father-an early influence that shaped his love for food and hospitality. Specialising in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, Florian focuses on bold, well-balanced flavours and thoughtfully prepared dishes. He approaches cooking as both a craft and an art, valuing patience, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. Constantly evolving, he is dedicated to refining his techniques and creating memorable dining experiences for guests on board. Beyond the galley, Florian is also an experienced barista and prides himself on delivering excellent customer service with a warm, approachable style. His hospitality background, combined with strong organisational skills and efficient time management, makes him a reliable and valuable member of the crew.
