Since early age Teo?s interests are related to sea and water sports - he is very skilful in fishing, diving, kayaking and sailing. After finishing maritime high school, he immediately started working in nautical industry maintaining and cleaning motor yachts and after, working as a skipper on a smaller motor yachts. Teo can perform assigned tasks efficiently with a positive attitude in addition to interacting with guests in a professional manner and is keen to learn and work hard.

Mihaela has been in the yachting industry for more than 4 years. Her professionalism and attention to details make her a perfect team member onboard The Best Way. Fluent in English, approachable, and cheerful with a hardworking spirit, Mihaela is set and ready to make guests on board feel relaxed and comfortable.

Drazen is a dedicated and highly motivated individual, who is adaptable and loves to work in a team environment. Drazen has high work ethic and is very experienced with more than 10 years in this industry. New challenges and the open sea is what excite him every time.

He is a motivated and dedicated Chef with 10 years of experience both in restaurants and on luxury motor yachts. Danilo's motivation in cooking involves meeting and exceeding clients' expectations. He is extremely organized and creative. He loves to express his refined sense of aesthetics and the presentation and composition of dishes on the plate at every meal. He loves to create new dishes that will make the charter experience for the clients memorable.
